About MyFacit

We build for the moment an owner has to decide.

MyFacit is operational intelligence for owner-led hospitality teams. It connects the signals behind the business, shows what changed and keeps the evidence beside the decision.

Close to the work

Hospitality is physical before it is digital.

The value of a signal is measured on the floor: a better roster, a sharper order, a protected margin or one less surprise during service. That is the environment MyFacit is designed to respect.

Operating context first. Software second.

Where it began

The numbers were there. The answer wasn't.

Sales lived in the POS. Labour lived in a roster. Supplier changes lived in invoices. An owner could feel when a week had gone sideways, but finding the reason still meant stitching the story together by hand.

MyFacit began in Melbourne by working through that reality with an independent café. The first problem was not collecting more data. It was making the information already there useful at the moment a decision had to be made.

01

Records arrive separately.

Sales exports, roster hours, invoices, menu costs and stock records.

02

Context joins the week.

Dates, source freshness and venue context turn fragments into one operating picture.

03

Consequences become visible.

A supplier movement can be followed into menu economics, stock and the next order.

04

The owner gets the next question.

Not another dashboard to interpret—one decision with its evidence attached.

What we are

The layer between operational noise and the next move.

MyFacit is not another wall of charts. It connects the records a hospitality business already produces into one picture of what changed, what it affects and what deserves attention next.

01

Evidence before theatre.

Show the source, the date and the uncertainty. Trust should be inspectable—not dressed up as certainty.

02

Consequences over isolated metrics.

A number becomes useful when an owner can see where the change travels and which part of the operation it touches next.

03

Judgement stays human.

MyFacit prepares the context and narrows the noise. The person closest to the business still makes the call.

Who it is for

Owners close enough to the floor to feel every decision.

Built for independent cafés and owner-led hospitality teams where the same person is watching service, labour, suppliers and cash flow—and where waiting for month-end is too late.

Before serviceWhat changed since yesterday?
Before the rosterWhere is labour drifting from demand?
Before the orderWhich supplier or ingredient cost moved?
Before next weekWhat deserves attention before it becomes urgent?

The people building it

Two disciplines. One operating question.

How do we make a complex business easier to read without reducing it to a score? MyFacit brings customer context and technical depth to that question together.

The standard

A decision is only as useful as the evidence beside it.
